What is Firefighter Interview Prep?​

We created Firefighter Interview Prep after we became tired of seeing quality people who would make great firefighters fail at the interview step of the fire department hiring process. People we knew would make great firefighters could not get over the interview hurdle. Basically people were not prepared, they did not have a system for answering questions and didn't know what the assessor panels were looking for. We created a system to give these great candidates the tools and the confidence they needed to pass their interview. The great part is that the answer(s) are inside everyone already. We just had to figure out a way to get those amazing interview answers out of the candidates. We have done that with Firefighter Interview Prep.
